We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the physical product delivered.

5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices on rawformsupplements.com are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We handle all tax obligations on our end and do not charge VAT separately at checkout.
Raw Form reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable at the time of your order will be honoured.
5.2 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is conducted through secure, third-party payment gateways. Raw Form does not store your card or banking details.
If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
5.3 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful payment. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order by Raw Form. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their specific terms and expiry dates. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
7. Consumer Protection Act Compliance
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 ('CPA'). Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with the CPA, the CPA will prevail. Your rights as a consumer under the CPA are not limited or excluded by these Terms.
In particular, consumers have rights in respect of product quality, returns, and fair dealing, as set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raw Form's liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising from:
Your use of, or inability to use, our website
Any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
The use or misuse of our products, contrary to label instructions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by South African law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of South Africa.
