01. REGISTRY & SERVICE

Raw Form (Pty) Ltd operates as a registered entity in the Republic of South Africa. We specialize in the distribution of premium sports nutrition. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into binding legal contracts.

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site architecture, brand marks, product descriptions, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Raw Form (Pty) Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, "scraping," or distribution of Raw Form content is strictly prohibited under South African IP law.

03. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

04. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • CURRENCY: All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • TAXES: Prices are inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes.
  • SECURITY: Payment is processed via secure 3rd-party gateways. Raw Form does not store financial/card data.

05. CONSUMER PROTECTION (CPA)

These terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA). Your statutory rights regarding product quality and fair dealing remain primary. Where a conflict exists between these terms and the CPA, the CPA will prevail.

06. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Raw Form’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for incidental damages or personal injury resulting from misuse contrary to label instructions.
