At Raw Form, we are committed to delivering premium quality products and a great customer experience. This policy is designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 (CPA).

01. STATUTORY RETURN RIGHT (CPA SEC 56)

In accordance with Section 56 of the CPA, you have the right to a full refund if the product:

  • Is not suitable for its intended purpose.
  • Is not of good quality or is defective.
  • Does not match the description, sample, or advertisement.
CRITICAL: You must notify us at rawform@rawformsupplements.com within five (5) business days of receiving your order to exercise this right.

02. GENERAL RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

Eligible

  • Original, sealed, and unopened.
  • Labels and seals intact.
  • Within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Non-Eligible

  • Opened or partially used consumables.
  • Damage due to improper storage.
  • Change-of-mind on opened products.

03. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 5 business days. Include:

> Supporting Photographs
> Description of Issue

How to Request a Return

STEP 1: Email rawform@rawformsupplements.com
STEP 2: Include Name, Order #, and Reason.
STEP 3: Wait for written confirmation/reference.
STEP 4: Ship item back (after approval).
